Rafia Usmani is a medical aesthetician who has specialized in skin care for over two decades. With a long and successful career in skin care and esthetics, she launched her own business in New Jersey. While working at her day spa, she found her passion in skin care education when she became the Training Assistant for the award-winning Eminence Organic Skin Care. After 15 years as an experienced educator at Eminence Organics, Rafia has built a strong relationship with spa owners and estheticians to provide exceptional product and service knowledge.

Reba Gaines began her career in the beauty industry as a nail technician over 35 years ago. She enjoyed the interpersonal relationships that she formed with her clients, which led her to pursue a long-held passion for skin care by becoming a certified esthetician. While working as a Training Specialist with Eminence Organics, Reba has mastered the art of providing a high-end education and spa experience through her extensive product knowledge and dedication to the brand.
