Tessa Thompson Celebrates Eminence Organics With InStyle Magazine

Rising star Tessa Thompson is the latest fan to celebrate Eminence Organics in the influential pages of InStyle magazine. Known for her role as Valkyrie in the Marvel blockbusters as well as hit series Westworld and acclaimed movie Creed, Tessa maintains her stunning beauty with our Eight Greens Phyto Masque - Hot. Read on to learn how you can get glowing skin like Tessa Thompson.

Tessa Thompson’s Favorite Face Mask

With a glowing complexion we were thrilled to see Tessa share that our Eight Greens Phyto Masque - Hot is part of her skin care routine. Tessa praises the mask in her list of “11 Favorite Things” as the “Face Mask I Can’t Live Without.” Describing her skin care selection, she explains:

Eminence's Eight Greens Phyto Masque is really spicy and fantastic. You feel like you have baby skin after applying it."

Spicy and Fantastic Facial Routine

“Spicy and fantastic” may be our new favorite way to describe our Eight Greens Phyto Masque - Hot. Containing Hungarian paprika, this mask is formulated to invigorate the skin, leaving a revitalized, more youthful looking complexion. Not sure how to start using a hot mask? Follow this facial routine developed by our Product Support Representative and Certified Esthetician, Josie Barton. Josie says:

“This routine will enhance the benefits of the Eight Greens Phyto Masque - Hot, providing many sensations for the skin ranging from hot and spicy to cool and refreshing, targeting fatigued or devitalized skin that needs a boost!”

Step One: Cleanse And Tone With Stone Crop And Lime

To maximize the benefits of this hot treatment, first start with a freshly cleansed face. Eminence Organics Stone Crop Gel Wash removes any surface build-up and impurities without overdrying the skin. Follow with Lime Refresh Tonique to tone and balance the look of your skin, leaving it prepped to absorb the benefits of the face mask.

Step Two: Double Mask To Penetrate Pores

To deeply penetrate the pores and deliver potent results, first apply Eight Greens Phyto Masque - Hot, leave on for five to 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Follow with our cooling Clear Skin Probiotic Masque for an additional five to 10 minutes, again rinsing thoroughly. Similar to Eminence Organics’ other hot and cold treatments, this double mask mix leaves the skin looking bright and refreshed:

“Following Eight Greens Hot Masque with Clear Skin Probiotic Masque adds the elements of cool and refreshing with the added benefit of exfoliation. Together these masks will leave the skin feeling firm, fresh, clear and revitalized!”

Step Three: Hydrate And Protect To Lock In Results

To lock in the results of this “Spicy and Fantastic” Facial, hydration and SPF are key. Eminence Organics Eight Greens Youth Serum provides hydration to the skin without feeling greasy, working to reduce the visible signs of aging and the look of oil. Our Hibiscus Ultra Lift Eye Cream provides assistance to the undereye area by reducing the look of puffiness and dark circles. In the final step, apply our lightweight, replenishing Red Currant Protective Moisturizer SPF 40. With SPF 40, this moisturizer also contains sustained release tea tree oil to help reduce the look of problem skin.

Eminence Organics On The Set Of  Thor: Ragnarok

Tessa first brought the character Valkyrie to life in Thor: Ragnarok, alongside Marvel regulars (and fellow Eminence fans) Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk. Products used by the actors on set include Stone Crop Gel Wash and Lime Refresh Tonique, which were mentioned above. We’re excited to see more from Tessa Thompson and are proud to count her amongst our celebrity fans!
