ISPA SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2022
“Eminence Jackpot” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

Eminence Organic Skin Care (“EMINENCE”)

The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of 18 or over in their province, state or territory of residence, excluding residents where the Sweepstakes is prohibited, employees of Eminence Organic Skin Care (herein referred as "Eminence" or “Sweepstakes Organizer”) as well as independent contractors, consultants directly or indirectly affiliated with Eminence and immediate or extended family of employees, contractors and consultants for Eminence. Void where prohibited by law. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sweepstakes Organizer.
 

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DATES:  The Sweepstakes starts on May 2, 2022 at 7 am (PST) and continues until May 4, 2022 at 3 pm (PST) (“Sweepstakes Period”). All times are Pacific Standard Times. Sweepstakes will operate as described below, on or about the stated dates:

2. PRIZES:

• Three (3) prizes of $5000 USD in Eminence products awarded in total – one prize awarded per day
• Ten (10) Golden Tickets - each can be redeemed for one (1) $100 USD Visa Gift Card

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Winners are permitted to win a maximum of one (1) prize of $5000 USD in Eminence products and one (1) prize of a Golden Ticket / $100 USD Visa Gift Card.

3. HOW TO ENTER: 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

a. Complete the Sweepstakes form on the poker chip, which can be found in your Eminence Organics ISPA Conference 2022 invitation or requested from Eminence Organics at Booth #709 at the 2022 ISPA Conference & Expo.

b. Enter by submitting your Sweepstakes form to Eminence Organics Booth #709, between May 2-4, 2022.

c. Your submitted form enters you into the draw for $5000 USD in Eminence products.

d. Each person submitting a form will be entitled to receive one (1) deck of cards (while supplies last), which may contain a Golden Ticket which can be redeemed for a $100 USD Visa Gift Card. A total of five hundred (500) decks of cards will be available with ten (10) Golden Tickets randomly inserted.

4. DRAW:

$5000 USD In Eminence Products

A random draw by a representative of Eminence from all eligible entries received will be made each day on May 2, May 3 and May 4, 2022. Selected entrants will be contacted by email or phone.

Golden Ticket For $100 USD Visa Gift Card

Each person submitting a Sweepstakes form between May 2-4, 2022 will be provided a randomly selected deck of cards (while supplies last), which may contain a Golden Ticket. A total of five hundred (500) decks of cards will be available with ten (10) Golden Tickets randomly inserted.  Golden Tickets can only be redeemed by presenting the Golden Ticket at Booth #709 between May 2 at 7 am and May 4, 2022 at 3 pm (PST) only. Redemptions will not be honored after the closing time and date.

5. LIMITS:

Each entrant may enter a maximum of one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants can only submit one (1) Sweepstakes form and / or only receive one (1) deck of cards. Enter by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Sweepstakes Organizer.

6. NOTIFICATION PERIOD:

If a selected entrant for a $5000 USD in Eminence Products prize cannot be reached within five (5) business days following initial prize notification, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or declines the prize, the Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the prize. The Sweepstakes Organizer is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, land-line phone service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification.

Golden Tickets can only be redeemed for a $100 USD Visa Gift Card by presenting the Golden Tickets at Booth #709 between May 2 at 7 am and May 4, 2022 at 3 pm (PST). Redemptions will not be honored after the closing time and date.

By claiming the prize, the selected entrant waives the right to claim any cost of winning the prize including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the prize and bears in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winning entrants. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sweepstakes Organizer by telephone or email for Sweepstakes administration purposes only.

GENERAL:
7. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant may be asked to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question by email.

8. Eminence is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Eminence with explicit permission to do so. Please see Eminence’s Privacy Policy at https://eminenceorganics.com/privacy for information on its policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.

9. All entries become the exclusive property of Eminence and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Eminence.

10. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or voice, statements, any photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes carried out by the Sweepstakes Organizer and/or its advertising agencies in any medium or format without further notice or compensation.

11. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Organizer, its advertising and promotional agencies and the Sweepstakes judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes or, if declared a winner, the prize. Winners release Eminence and its affiliates indefinitely for any liability, damages, bodily harm, etc that may occur from the prize.

12. This Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by the Sweepstakes Organizer. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Sweepstakes. The terms of this Sweepstakes, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

13. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations.

14. Odds of winning the three (3) prizes of $5000 USD in Eminence products depends on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of a deck of cards containing a Golden Ticket are 1 in 50.  The Sweepstakes Organizer takes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors or unavailability of tickets to 2022 ISPA Conference & Expo. Sweepstakes Organizer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes.

15. Sweepstakes Organizer assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. The Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more times than the limit, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

16. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized owner of the email account submitted in the official entry form will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder.

17. In all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties will act with the utmost good faith towards one another and will act reasonably and prudently at all times.
