2024 ISPA SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Eminence Spin the Wheel” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
Eminence Organic Skin Care (“EMINENCE”)
The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.) or Canada who are the age of 18 or over in their province, state or territory of residence, excluding residents where the Sweepstakes is prohibited, employees of Eminence Organic Skin Care (herein referred as "Eminence" or “Sweepstakes Organizer”) as well as independent contractors, consultants directly or indirectly affiliated with Eminence and immediate or extended family of employees, contractors and consultants for Eminence. Void where prohibited by law. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sweepstakes Organizer.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DATES: The Sweepstakes starts on April 23, 2024 at 7am (PST) and continues until April 25, 2024 at 3pm (PST) (“Sweepstakes Period”). All times are Pacific Standard Times. Sweepstakes will operate as described below, on or about the stated dates:

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. The Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Winners are permitted to win one (1) prize only.
3. HOW TO ENTER:

Attend the 2024 ISPA Conference & Expo Entry Method
The Prize Wheel (“Prize Wheel”) will be available at the Eminence Organic Skin Care booth (Booth #801) at the 2024 ISPA Conference & Expo during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each entry into the Sweepstakes will be referred to as a "Spin." To give the Prize Wheel a Spin, the entrant must grab the wheel and turn it clockwise. A valid entry or Spin must complete one full revolution of the Prize Wheel after the entrant lets go of the Prize Wheel. If the Spin does not complete a full revolution, the entrant will be allowed another Spin until the entrant successfully completes a revolution.
Entrant must allow the Prize Wheel to stop spinning without outside interference. Once the entrant releases the Prize Wheel to start the Spin, entrant may not touch or otherwise interfere with the rotation of the Prize Wheel.
Entrant will receive the prize designated for the Section of the Prize Wheel where the arrow comes to a rest. If there is any question where the arrow has come to rest, the Sweepstakes Organizer will make that determination in its sole discretion. If the arrow comes to rest on a Section for which all of the prizes have been awarded, the entrant will be allowed another Spin until the arrow comes to rest on a Section for which there are prizes remaining.
4. LIMITS:
Limit one (1) spin per person through one (1) completed Spin. Spins that exceed the limit will be void, if discovered by the Sweepstakes Organizer. The Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant or Spin that in the Sweepstakes Organizer’s opinion does not comply with these terms and conditions. Enter by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more times than the limit, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Sweepstakes Organizer.
By claiming the prize, the selected entrant waives the right to claim any cost of winning the prize including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the prize and bears in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winning entrants. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sweepstakes Organizer by telephone or email for Sweepstakes administration purposes only.
5. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or voice, statements, any photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes carried out by the Sweepstakes Organizer and/or its advertising agencies in any medium or format without further notice or compensation.
6. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Organizer, its advertising and promotional agencies and the Sweepstakes judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes or, if declared a winner, the prize. Winners release Eminence and its affiliates indefinitely for any liability, damages, bodily harm, etc. that may occur from the prize.
7. The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by the Sweepstakes Organizer. Entrants must comply with these rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Sweepstakes. The terms of this Sweepstakes, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counteroffer, except as set out herein.
8. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations.
9. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sweepstakes Organizer takes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors or unavailability of tickets to 2024 ISPA Conference & Expo. The Sweepstakes Organizer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes.
10. The Sweepstakes Organizer assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of the Prize Wheel, any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more times than the limit, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sweepstakes Organizer reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
11. In all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties will act with the utmost good faith towards one another and will act reasonably and prudently at all times.
