CELEBRATE WITH EMINENCE ORGANICS

On Saturday, June 10, over 100 countries around the world will celebrate Global Wellness Day. Dedicated to raising awareness around the importance of living a healthier and better life, Global Wellness Day resonates with the Eminence Organics mission to enhance your wellbeing, naturally, and is a cause we embrace wholeheartedly. In the spirit of Global Wellness Day, here are 3 ways we at Eminence Organic Skin Care practice better health and wellness - and how you can, too!

1. GO ORGANIC

One of the best ways to practice wellness is to eat healthy foods that fuel your mind and body. Global Wellness Day supports eating natural and organic foods that are free of pesticides and harmful chemicals. 3. EXERCISE REGULARLY

From boosting energy to reducing stress and improving your overall health, exercise is an important part of any daily routine. If fitting exercise into your busy day is a struggle, try incorporating a walk into your lunch break or joining your colleagues for some after-work exercise.

Members of the Eminence Organics team (pictured right) get together for a weekly run, encouraging and motivating each other to exercise and improve their health as a group. All participated in the Vancouver Sun Run and some even competed in the Ironman 70.3 in Victoria, B.C. in support of the Eminence Kids Foundation!
