What’s the correct way to apply a tonique?

How Often Should I Apply A Tonique?
Every day. Toners are normally applied as the second or third step of the beauty routine. If we’re speaking in terms of an at-home skin care routine, toners are applied to the skin after a cleanser and exfoliant and prior to applying a moisturizer. The beautiful thing about a toner is that it can also be applied to the skin anytime throughout the day. We recommend popping a toner in your bag or leaving one at your desk for instant hydration and an infusion of nutrients. A quick, refreshing spritz is all you need to bring your skin back to life during your busy day.
What Tonique Is Best For Me?
Toners are available for all skin types - so it’s best to select one that best addresses your skin concerns. According to Daily Makeover, it’s also important to select a toner with natural ingredients:
“...[With] the wrong toner you could actually end up hurting your skin instead of helping it. Many toners contain large amounts of alcohol (which can dry out the skin and cause it to flake or overproduce oil), added fragrances (which can irritate the skin), and other harmful ingredients”.
