How To Place an Order on the Website



We’ve improved how you can search, filter and sort within the Quick Order Tool. We've also added a summary table for your current order at the top of the Quick Order Tool. If you need help, you can easily find your Sales Team’s contact details in the side menu and reach out.

How To Receive Order Invoices

Invoices will now be sent from eminenceinvoice@eminenceorganics.com. This is a no-reply email, so responses won’t be monitored. If you have questions about your invoice, please contact your Inside Sales Representative. To ensure invoices are delivered directly to your inbox and not your spam folder:

• Add eminenceinvoice@eminenceorganics.com to your contacts or safe senders list in your email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), or
• If your spa uses a corporate email system with spam filtering, ask your IT team to add eminenceinvoice@eminenceorganics.com to the approved senders list or email whitelist.

How To Add Buyers to Your Account



If more than one staff member places orders for your spa, you may want to assign additional Buyers.  To do so, download the Eminence Buyer Consent Form below, complete it and email to orderservices@eminenceorganics.com. Once the Buyer has been added to your account, they’ll have the ability to place orders on behalf of the spa.

Authorize Your Staff To Receive a 50% Discount (Off Retail Value)



Spa owners have the option to authorize their staff to purchase Eminence products for personal use at a 50% discount. To receive access, the spa's staff member must first create a Customer Account on the Eminence website and tell the Spa's owner the email address for that new Customer Account. The spa owner can then download the Spa Partner Staff Authorization Form below, complete it and submit to myorder@eminenceorganics.com. Spa Partner staff orders can be shipped only to the spa's location.
