When we enter a partnership with a spa, we invest in it. That means each of our new partners receives three in-spa trainings within the first three months of opening their Eminence Organics account. All team members are welcome, from estheticians and spa managers to front-desk staff and massage therapists. A higher frequency of training at the beginning helps increase understanding and retention of foundational information - so you’ll be feeling confident and knowledgeable when it comes to serving your customers. We’ll also help develop your spa menu, customize treatment protocols and merchandize your space.
We know that training once at the outset is not enough! Our team is here to continue with support. Our industry is ever-evolving and continuing education is essential: Whether you’re navigating a new trend, adding more staff or changing it up for seasonal changes, we’re here for you. We’ll also keep you updated and educated on our quarterly product launches, to keep things fresh and boost staff engagement.
While our Training Specialists and Sales Representatives are Eminence Organics pros, they are also experts on their region and marketplace. Our team will work with you to develop solutions to your education and business needs. This means trainings are never one-size-fits-all.
Perhaps most importantly, regular trainings allow your local Eminence Organics team to get to know you and your business. While we love the relationships we’ve built between our local teams and our spa partners, we also know the importance of variety in education. Our Regional Trainings provide an opportunity for our spa partners to learn from our International Trainers, who are both highly experienced and highly entertaining (if we do say so ourselves). These full day events allow a deeper dive into regionally relevant topics, product knowledge, skin care trends, or retail and massage techniques. It’s also a great way to network and learn from other spa partners in your area!

Eminence Organics partners with over 20 esthetics schools throughout North America. We also offer brand presentations and demonstrations for non-partner schools because we believe that education elevates the industry as a whole.
We’re hard to miss at industry trade shows (see: the giant blow-up fruit hanging above our booth). Here, we offer half-hour training sessions and hands-on demonstrations right at our booth. We also conduct Master Classes at many of these events, led by our talented International Trainers or company president and Master Trainer Boldijarre Koronczay. These are intense, focused trainings on specific skin conditions, complete with technique demonstrations and a training certificate.
